Some concerns

I really want to have a baby...
I can't be much happier that I am scheduled to have my IUD removed... and I am so unbelienably happy that we are going to be trying to get pregnant...

I'm just a little nervous...
I'm worried about my health...
I really want to try to loose some more weight...
And then the PCOS scares me...
I don't want to be one of these women who try for years to have baby...
I am so thankful for the little boy I have... and I'll be thrilled to have another little one...
I am also worried about the insulin resistance...
I don't know what kind of trouble I am going to have there...
